• Location data we collect through this app is only used to determine your nearest city from our pre-defined list of Australian locations.

• We do not track your location movements or history.
• Location data is not used for any purpose other than determining your nearest Australian city for weather display.
• Third-party advertising partners (AdMob) do NOT receive your precise location data from us. However, they may derive approximate location from your IP address as described in their policies.

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version (collected automatically for app functionality and crash reporting).
• App Usage Data: Interactions with the app, selected cities, crash logs (processed locally, not linked to your identity).

• Granting this app location permission is optional.
• If you deny location permission, the app defaults to showing the weather forecasts for the default Australian location of Sydney.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our App does not directly use cookies. However, third-party services integrated into the App may use tracking technologies:

• Purpose: Ad frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fraud prevention.

Data Retention

• Location data: Not retained. Used only momentarily to determine your nearest city, then immediately discarded.
• Weather data: Cached temporarily on your device (up to 10 minutes) for performance, then automatically refreshed.
• App preferences: Last selected city stored locally on your device. Deleted when you uninstall the App.
• Ad-related data: Managed by Google AdMob according to their retention policies (see Google's Data Retention).
• No historical data or usage patterns are stored by us.

Data Deletion:

To delete all data associated with the App:

1. Uninstall the App from your device (removes all locally stored data).
2. Revoke ad personalization consent through Google's settings or the in-app Privacy Settings option.

Weather data requests (i.e., for the selected city) may be transmitted to our servers located in Australia and processed through Google Cloud Platform (Australia region).
